Jessica Eaves Mathews –
Lead Like a Wonder Woman Without Leaning In!
Supercharge Your Super Powers for Extraordinary Business Success

There is a seismic shift taking place today in the way businesses are launched, how they are run and most importantly in how success is measured. The traditional business model, fueled by testosterone and focused on winning at all costs, is irretrievably broken.

Further, many of the devastating problems we know see in our country and the world today are a direct result of this mindset taken to the extreme.  Fortunately, a movement is underway…a movement towards a better way of life and a better career. One based in a better way of doing business, and this shift is being lead by women.  And most of these women are not leaning in.  These Wonder Women are upturning societal and business norms and making the business streets safe again for all citizens, women and men alike. They are poised to step into their power and to help bring the rest of the world along with them. This talk will open your eyes to the realities of this inevitable and swiftly moving business revolution, and more importantly, it will give very practical guidance on how to stage your own personal and professional revolution through entrepreneurship.

Jessica Eaves Mathews is America’s Advocate for Women in Business®, an award-winning entrepreneur, intellectual property & business lawyer, best-selling author, sought-after speaker, and leading authority on helping women entrepreneurs and executives step into their power and create a brilliant business, career and life on their own terms.

She is the co-author of the #1 Best Selling book, Wonder Women: How Western Women Will Save the World, has been featured on Inc., Huffingtonpost.com, MSNBC, Oprah Magazine, Forbes.com, NBC, Oxygen, Allure Magazine, was the Silver Stevie® award winner for Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2012, the 2013 Albuquerque Business First Top CEO, and a 2015 Albuquerque Business First Women of Influence honoree.

Katie Snapp to speak

– Negotiation Skills for Women

Speaking in a savvy and confident way can get you a lot — stronger partnerships, firmer agreements, and even a higher salary or a performance bonus for your hard work. So why do women suddenly talk themselves out of it? We become paralyzed by not wanting to sound boastful or arrogant, and want to be that ideal team player.

Here, Katie will talk about the key mindsets and the critical techniques in standing up for yourself, whether in a casual exchange or a formal negotiation talk.

Katie K Snapp calls herself a “skirt strategist”, empowering women to lead and succeed. During her first career as an engineer at Honeywell, she was selected to participate in their corporate change and became one of the nation’s top trainers in leadership and teambuilding. She was recruited from there by the global firm, The Cumberland Group, one of the first consulting companies to construct the quality movement as we know it today, and a game-changer in the development of corporate culture. She worked worldwide with clients such as: NASA Johnson Space Center, Coca Cola, Ambercare, the US Navy, and US State Department.

Having worked as a rocket scientist in a male-dominated culture made her realize that women have great value that often gets buried because of their belief systems, feeling outnumbered, and lack of positive female role models. She now works with a wide range of industries, especially small businesses, and speaks internationally to give women the encouragement and techniques they need to achieve as leaders and coaches women to begin their own consulting businesses.

“I love working with women because we do things differently. This gives us the opportunity to go at work
